Zadanie 1 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie całodobowego utrzymania zimowego dróg gminnych utwardzonych, gruntowych i osiedlowych/wewnętrznych na terenie Legionowa, zgodnie z załączonymi wykazami A, B, C i D stanowiącymi załączniki do umowy, w czasie opadów śniegu i gołoledzi przez cały czas ich trwania. 2. Wykonawca zobowiązuje się do: 1) odśnieżania i usuwania śliskości na ulicach wymienionych w wykazie A w standardzie podwyższonym, zgodnie z wykazem D, na całej szerokości (odkład śniegu nie może być większy niż 0,5 m od krawędzi jezdni); 2) odśnieżania i usuwania śliskości na ulicach i drogach osiedlowych/wewnętrznych, wymienionych w wykazie B i C w standardzie zwykłym, zgodnie z wykazem D, na całej szerokości (odkład śniegu nie może być większy niż 0,5 m od krawędzi jezdni); 3) odśnieżania i usuwania śliskości na ulicach i drogach osiedlowych/wewnętrznych, nie objętych wykazami na zlecenie czasowe Zamawiającego. 3.
