Ilość odpadów przekazywanych do zagospodarowania jest zależna od ilości odpadów wytwarzanych przez mieszkańców m.st. Warszawy oraz innych czynników określonych m.in. w pkt 6 Części II SWZ - Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia. Wykonawcy nie przysługują żadne roszczenia odszkodowawcze w przypadku, gdy ilość przekazanych do zagospodarowania odpadów w Okresie realizacji zamówienia będzie niższa od planowanej ilości maksymalnej.
