The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery and service of brand new specialized vehicles for washing and disinfecting waste containers and training as specified by the Ordering Party, divided into tasks: Task 1: purchase, delivery and service of 2 units of brand new specialized vehicles with a GVW of up to 18 tons with equipment for washing and disinfecting waste containers and training as specified by the Ordering Party, General requirements: 1. Delivery of vehicles at own expense to the location indicated by the Ordering Party located in the capital city of Warsaw, in accordance with the deadline declared by the Contractor in the Offer Form (delivery deadline cannot be longer than 270 calendar days from the date of contract conclusion). Delivered vehicles should be washed inside and out and refueled to at least 80% of the fuel tank capacity. 2. The Ordering Party allows for successive delivery of vehicles, but not later than the deadline declared by the Contractor in the Offer Form. 3. Conducting training on the operation and safe use of the vehicle and body equipment (superstructure) and economical and safe driving for at least 1 person indicated by the Ordering Party for each received vehicle. The training should consist of a theoretical part describing the operation of all safety systems of the chassis and superstructure (bodywork) and a practical part checking the ability to use the vehicle and superstructure equipment, ending with the issuance of a certificate (confirmation) for each trained employee separately upon completion of the training. The precise training date will be determined by the contract implementation coordinators. 4. Providing training for at least 4 employees selected by the Ordering Party on the maintenance of the superstructure (bodywork) during the warranty period and after its expiry. The training will be confirmed by issuing a certificate (confirmation) for each trained employee separately, authorizing them to carry out maintenance during and after the warranty period. Training must be conducted before the first superstructure maintenance date. The precise training date will be determined by the contract implementation coordinators. 5. Providing training for at least 6 employees selected by the Ordering Party on the inspection, maintenance and repair of the chassis and the inspection, maintenance and repair of the complete superstructure (bodywork) within the period between the 54th and 59th month from the date of quantitative and qualitative acceptance of the vehicle, confirmed by signing the quantitative and qualitative acceptance protocol. The training will be confirmed by issuing a certificate (confirmation) for each trained employee separately, authorizing them to carry out inspections, repairs and maintenance of the chassis and inspections and repairs of the complete superstructure after the warranty period, and the trained employees will be granted access to the vehicle documentation and complete superstructure, excluding specialized software for parameterizing vehicle operation. Trained employees of the Ordering Party holding a relevant certificate after the warranty period will be authorized service personnel to carry out chassis repairs and complete superstructure repairs for their own needs. The precise training date will be determined by the contract implementation coordinators. 6. Providing service during the warranty period, including: a) inspections, repairs and maintenance of the chassis at service stations authorized by the chassis manufacturer located in the capital city of Warsaw or within 20 km of the city limits or at the place of vehicle use (in the capital city of Warsaw).
