Zakres zamówienia obejmuje: 1) wykonanie i przekazanie Zamawiającemu dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej na remont i przebudowę danego budynku w zakresie szczegółowo opisanym w wytycznych do opracowania dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej, 2) uzyskanie i przekazanie Zamawiającemu dla danego budynku decyzji Wydziału Architektury i Zabytków Urzędu Miasta Wrocławia (zwanego dalej WAiZ UM) pozwolenia na budowę wraz z potwierdzeniem złożenia wniosku w WAiZ UM o wydanie zaświadczenia, że decyzja stała się ostateczna/uzyskanie i przekazanie Zamawiającemu zaświadczenia o braku podstaw do wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec zamiaru wykonania robót budowlanych zgodnie z art. 30 ust. 5aa ustawy z dnia 7 lipca 1994 r. Prawo budowlane, 3) pełnienie nadzoru autorskiego w trakcie realizacji robót budowlanych objętych opracowaną dokumentacją.
