Opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz warunki realizacji zamówienia zawarte są w załącznikach: 1) Specyfikacja asortymentowo-cenowa – załącznik nr 2.1 do SWZ, 2) Projektowane postanowienia umowy, które zostaną wprowadzone do treści umowy – załącznik nr 4 do SWZ. 2. Zamawiający w niniejszym postępowaniu przetargowym przy ocenie ofert będzie stosował procedurę określoną w art. 139 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp. tzw. procedurę odwróconą. 3. Termin wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia: sukcesywnie przez 24 miesiące licząc od dnia zawarcia umowy albo do chwili wcześniejszego wyczerpania limitu finansowego Zamawiającego na wykonanie umowy określonego w § 3 ust. 1 umowy.
