Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa przez Wykonawcę aparatu badań urodynamicznych (dalej: jako sprzęt), szczegółowo opisanego w Zestawieniu Wymaganych Funkcji i Parametrów Technicznych stanowiącym Załącznik nr 6 do niniejszej SWZ, w ilościach wskazanych w formularzu cenowym stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ oraz zgodnie z Projektowanymi Postanowieniami Umowy stanowiącymi Załącznik nr 4 do SWZ. 2. Zakup przez Zamawiającego sprzętu, o którym mowa w ust. 1 dokonywany będzie w ramach zawartej Umowy nr UM_WR.431.3.264.2025 o dofinansowanie projektu „Zakup sprzętu medycznego dla Regionalnego Szpitala Specjalistycznego im. dr. Wł. Biegańskiego w Grudziądzu” nr FEKP.06.10-IZ.00-0004/25 współfinansowanego z Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego w ramach Priorytetu 6.
