Order No. 1 – Supply of natural aggregate fraction 0/31.5 (gravel) – 13,000 t.

The subject of the order has been divided into parts, tasks. The contractor may submit an offer for one or more tasks. An offer submitted for a given task must cover the entire scope of the subject of the order provided for in the SWZ for that part. 5.2. Scope of the subject of the order: 1) The subject of the order is the successive supply of crushed aggregates: a. task no. 1 – Supply of natural aggregate fraction 0/31.5 (gravel) – 13,000 t. 2) A detailed description of the activities included in the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. 3) The place of delivery of the subject of the order is the area subordinate to RDLP in Warsaw. 4) Names and codes related to the subject of the order are defined in accordance with the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 14210000 – 6 gravel, sand, crushed stone and aggregates 60100000-9 - Road transport services. 5.3. Regulations that the Contractor must particularly comply with when carrying out the subject of the order: 1) Basic legal acts: - Act of September 28, 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 530). - Ordinance No. 102 of the General Director for National Roads and Motorways of November 19, 2010 on the application of technical requirements on national roads. 5.4. General principles for the execution of the subject of the order. Due to the nature of the work, the specifics of forest roads, their load-bearing capacity (possibility of wet areas), lack of turning space (possibility of needing to reverse over long sections), the Ordering Party requires that deliveries be made by appropriately adapted vehicles. Due to the limited space on the construction site, the delivered material will be unloaded at a location indicated by the Ordering Party directly onto the road being built. The Ordering Party requires that aggregate deliveries be made successively upon notification of demand with at least 3 days' notice, stating the location, quantity, and frequency of deliveries per day. Notification of demand can be made in writing, electronically, or by phone. 5.5. If the Ordering Party has doubts as to the compliance of the delivered aggregate mixture parameters with the requirements specified in the SWZ, the Ordering Party will commission a joint sample collection, and then arrange for its testing by an independent laboratory. The test result confirming the non-compliance of the physicochemical parameters with those specified in this specification will result in the Contractor being charged with the testing costs, and the material will be removed from the construction site at the Contractor's expense and replaced by the Contractor with another one that complies with the Ordering Party's requirements. The Contractor may entrust the execution of parts of the subject of the order to subcontractors. If the intention is to perform the subject of the order with the involvement of subcontractors, the contractor is obliged to indicate in his offer: the scope of work intended to be entrusted to subcontractors and to provide the names of the subcontractors' companies, if known at this stage. Such indication should be placed on the offer form. If subcontracting is not indicated in the offer, the contractor will only be able to introduce a subcontractor under the conditions specified in the contract.
