If the Contractor does not submit the subject-matter evidence or the submitted subject-matter evidence is incomplete, the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 107 sec. 2 of the Pzp Act, shall request the submission or supplementation of the subject-matter evidence referred to in sec. 2 (if applicable). 4. The detailed description, scope, requirements and method of order execution are specified in the Draft Contract Provisions constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
