Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, asortyment i szacunkowe ilości podano w Formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym (załączniku nr 2 do SWZ) oraz w Projekcie Umowy (załącznik nr 5 do SWZ).
