Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy gazów medycznych (zwanych dalej zamiennie gazami lub towarem), których rodzaj i ilość zostały określone w formularzu cenowym stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ wraz z dzierżawą:  zbiornika do azotu ciekłego i zbiornika do powietrza ciekłego do krioterapii (dotyczy zadania 2),  butli (dotyczy zadania nr 2), (zwanych dalej zamiennie przedmiotem dzierżawy), szczegółowo opisanych w formularzu cenowym, stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ, a także pozostałe zobowiązania wynikające z umowy mające na celu umożliwienie Zamawiającemu korzystania z towaru i przedmiotu dzierżawy oraz zgodnie z projektowanymi postanowieniami umowy stanowiącymi Załącznik nr 4 do niniejszej SWZ.
