Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie przez wykonawcę usługi polegającej na zagospodarowaniu: 1) niesegregowanych (zmieszanych) odpadów komunalnych (kod odpadu – 20 03 01); 2) odpadów ulegających biodegradacji (kod odpadu – 20 02 01). 3. Zamówienie będzie wykonywane zgodnie ze złożoną ofertą i Specyfikacją Warunków Zamówienia (SWZ). 4. Ilości odpadów określone w SWZ są ilościami poglądowymi. Faktyczna ilość odpadów przekazanych do zagospodarowania będzie wynikała z bieżących potrzeb zamawiającego. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest odebrać każdą ilość odpadów przekazaną do zagospodarowania w okresie trwania niniejszej umowy. 5. Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie do zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych w Instalacjach Przetwarzania Odpadów Komunalnych wskazanych w ofercie. 6. Przedmiot zamówienia winien być realizowany przez Wykonawcę zgodnie z: 1) ustawą z dnia 13 września 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach, 2) ustawą z dnia 14 grudnia 2012 r. o odpadach, 3) uchwałą nr XVII/204/2025 z dnia 26 sierpnia 2025 r. Sejmiku Województwa Łódzkiego w sprawie Plan gospodarki odpadami dla województwa łódzkiego na lata 2025-2030 z uwzględnieniem lat 2031-2036.
