Management of municipal waste originating from owners of residential properties in the city of Rawa Mazowiecka

1. The subject of the order includes the management (recovery and/or disposal) of mixed and segregated municipal waste originating from owners of properties where residents live, from properties with a holiday home, or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes within the city of Rawa Mazowiecka, as well as the management of municipal waste collected selectively at the PSZOK located in Pukinin, Pukinin 140, 96-200 Rawa Mazowiecka, in accordance with the currently binding provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996, on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities and the currently binding executive acts to the above-mentioned Act, as well as in accordance with local law provisions. 2. The estimated amount of waste to be managed during the contract period has been determined based on data from previous years in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order. 3. Requirements regarding the subject of the order, description of the Contracting Authority's requirements regarding the execution of the subject of the order, and estimated waste management quantities are specified by: • description of the subject of the order (OPZ) – Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, • draft contract provisions – Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 5. The subject of the order includes the management of municipal waste, i.e.: 1) unsorted (mixed) with code 20 03 01; 2) segregated by the following fractions:  paper and cardboard packaging with code 15 01 01,  plastic packaging with code 15 01 02,  mixed packaging waste with code 15 01 06,  glass packaging with code 15 01 07,  mixed waste from concrete, brick rubble, waste ceramic materials and elements of equipment other than those mentioned in 17 01 06 with code 17 01 07,  mixed waste from construction, renovation and demolition other than those mentioned in 17 09 01, 17 09 02 and 17 09 03 with code 17 09 04,  clothing and textile waste with code 20 01 10, 20 01 11,  appliances containing freons with code 20 01 23*,  municipal waste not mentioned in other subgroups with code 20 03 99,  ash from domestic fireplaces with code ex 20 01 99,  biodegradable waste with code 20 02 01,  bulky waste with code 20 03 07,  used tires with code 16 01 03,  used electrical and electronic equipment other than those mentioned in 20 01 21 and 20 01 23 containing hazardous components with code 20 01 35*,  used electrical and electronic equipment other than those mentioned in 20 01 21, 20 01 23 and 20 01 35 with code 20 01 36.
