Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: 1) rozbiórkę istniejących nawierzchni utwardzonych 2) remont istniejących nawierzchni utwardzonych 3) remont schodów terenowych 4) wykonanie nowej nawierzchni alejek parkowych 5) wykonanie instalacji zasilania, oświetlenia i monitoringu 6) montaż zapór drogowych 7) montaż toalety samoobsługowej wraz ze zbiornikiem 8) montaż obiektów małej architektury 9) wykonanie systemu nawadniania rabat 10) pielęgnację istniejącej szaty roślinnej 11) wykonanie nasadzeń i ogrodów deszczowych. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w załączniku nr I.2 do SWZ oraz w dokumentach, o których mowa w pkt 3.4. SWZ. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia należy wykonać zgodnie z dokumentacją projektową i Specyfikacjami Technicznymi Wykonania i Odbioru Robót zawartymi w załączniku nr I.4 do SWZ 4. Inwestycji objęta jest dofinansowaniem z programu Fundusze Europejskie na Infrastrukturę, Klimat i Środowisko 2021-2027 Priorytet: FENX.01, Działanie: FENX.01.02 Adaptacja terenów zurbanizowanych do zmian klimatu.
