Original language: slZavod Republike Slovenije za blagovne rezerve (v nadaljevanju: zavod) vzdržuje zaloge naftnih derivatov, ki jih prodaja, kupuje (za namene obnavljanja zalog in prilagajanja strukture), »najema« (t. i. delegirane zaloge) na trgu in jih skladišči. V vseh takšnih primerih zavod deluje na trgu, pri čemer kot podporo svojim poslovnim odločitvam in realizaciji poslov ter javnih naročil, potrebuje borzne cene naftnih derivatov. Te cene zavod pridobiva od podjetja S & P GLOBAL INC., ki je lastnik portala Platt's.
