Predmet nabave je nabava i isporuka motornog benzina i dizelskog goriva na benzinskim postajama na području Republike Hrvatske za potrebe službenih vozila Primorsko-goranske županije , ustanova i trgovačkih društava kojima je Primorsko-goranska županija osnivač i/ili vlasnik navedenih u Prilogu 1. Kakvoća naftnih derivata koji su predmet nabave, mora odgovarati zahtjevima odnosno važećim minimalnim standardima u vrijeme izvršenja ugovora o javnoj nabavi, sukladno Uredbi o kvaliteti tekućih naftnih goriva („Narodne novine“, broj 131/21). Motorni benzin - EUROSUPER 95 sa i bez aditiva, kakvoća prema normi HRN EN 228 ili jednakovrijednoj i dizelsko gorivo - EURODISEL sa i bez aditiva, kakvoća prema normi HRN EN 590 ili jednakovrijednoj, moraju zadovoljavati minimalno standard kvalitete goriva EURO V ili jednakovrijednom, odnosno važeći minimalni standard u vrijeme izvršenja ugovora. Na svim benzinskim postajama ponuditelj mora omogućiti bezgotovinski način plaćanja (putem kartica odabranog ponuditelja). Kartica mora glasiti na pojedino vozilo Naručitelja, odnosno na istoj mora biti naznačena registarska oznaka vozila. Trošak izrade kartica, zamjene kartica iz bilo kojeg razloga (uništena, ukradena, izgubljena, itd.) te distribuciju u poslovne prostorije naručitelja snosi odabrani ponuditelj.
