Original language: csPředmětem této veřejné zakázky je zajištění poradenství za účelem poskytnout ŘSD vysoce kvalifikovanou odbornou kapacitu se znalostí aktuálních trendů, strategií ITS a koncepcí v oblasti ITS v silniční dopravě s rozhraním na další druhy dopravy a s přesahem na místní, regionální i mezinárodní úroveň. Důležitým aspektem je také schopnost dodavatele expertní kapacity formulovat, jednat a aktivně vytvářet podmínky pro rozvoj ITS v podmínkách objednatele v rámci evropského dopravního prostoru jak prostřednictvím vlastních kontaktů, tak ve spolupráci s MD, MPO a MZV, dalšími orgány státní a veřejné správy a také s významnými subjekty v ITS ze soukromého či neziskového prostoru. Předmětem plnění dodavatele v „Předprojektová příprava ITS projektů “ veřejné zakázky mohou být některé z činností uvedené dále: a. Příprava strategií, koncepcí, akčních plánů nebo ideových záměrů ITS b. Příprava technicko-ekonomických studií, projektových záměrů ITS a studií proveditelnosti c. Příprava podkladů pro potřeby financování a schvalování projektu ITS d. Podpora sestavení žádostí o prostředky z dotačních tuzemských i evropských titulů (např. OPD3, CEF, atp.) e. Příprava podkladů do národních a mezinárodních dokumentů v oblasti ITS f. Podpora zadavatele při projednávání těchto podkladů
