Provision of external consulting capacities for pre-project preparation of ITS projects

The subject of this public procurement is the provision of consulting services to provide ŘSD with highly qualified expert capacity with knowledge of current ITS trends, strategies, and concepts in the field of ITS in road transport with interfaces to other modes of transport and with a scope extending to the local, regional, and international levels. An important aspect is also the supplier's ability to formulate expert capacity, negotiate, and actively create conditions for the development of ITS within the contracting authority's framework in the European transport area, both through its own contacts and in cooperation with the Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Industry and Trade, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, other state and public administration bodies, as well as with significant entities in the ITS sector from the private or non-profit sector. The scope of the supplier's performance in the “Pre-project preparation of ITS projects” public procurement may include some of the following activities: a. Preparation of ITS strategies, concepts, action plans, or conceptual designs b. Preparation of technical and economic studies, ITS project concepts, and feasibility studies c. Preparation of documentation for the needs of financing and approval of ITS projects d. Support for the preparation of applications for funding from domestic and European grants (e.g., OPD3, CEF, etc.) e. Preparation of documentation for national and international ITS documents f. Support for the contracting authority in the negotiation of this documentation
