Předmětem části 2 této veřejné zakázky je zajištění poradenství za účelem poskytnout ŘSD vysoce kvalifikovanou odbornou kapacitu se znalostí a zkušeností z řízení, koordinace nebo popularizace projektů ITS v oblasti silniční dopravy s rozhraním na další druhy dopravy a s přesahem na místní, regionální i mezinárodní úroveň, kdy celkový objem pracnosti za dílčí poskytnutou odbornou kapacitu nepřevýší 1000 člověkohodin (ČH). Důležitým aspektem je také schopnost poskytovatele komunikovat, jednat a aktivně vytvářet podmínky pro realizaci projektu ITS v podmínkách ČR. Předmětem plnění poskytovatele v části 2 „Podpora řízení a koordinace malých projektů ITS“ veřejné zakázky mohou být některé z činností uvedené dále: a. Projektová podpora v jednotlivých fázích projektů, b. Podpora procesu schvalování malých projektů, c. Podpora při alokaci finančních zdrojů a sledování čerpání rozpočtu projektů ITS, d. Podpora komunikace s MD a dalšími subjekty, e. Podpora reporting stavu ITS malých projektů směrem k managementu ŘSD i externím subjektům, f.
