Provision of ICT and cybersecurity

The subject of the public contract is the supply of information and communication technology equipment for the Multifunctional Sports and Cultural Hall in Brno (hereinafter referred to as "MFH"), including its installation, commissioning, interconnection/integration, configuration, and related services. This primarily concerns the supply, installation, and implementation/customization of a business continuity management system, an identity management system, an organizational security framework for the supplied technologies, cybersecurity solutions including supervision through an SOC monitoring center, data backup and archiving solutions, a virtualized server infrastructure solution, an operational data network solution, and a WiFi data network solution (collectively also referred to as "ICT" or "technologies"). All supplied technologies must be mutually compatible and adapted to the operational needs of the MFH for hosting sports, cultural, and social events. The subject of the public contract also includes the preparation of a pre-implementation analysis (before the actual supply, installation, and implementation of ICT begins), installation, implementation, configuration, commissioning, and setup of the technologies, ensuring integration, training of operators, users, and administrators, ensuring trial operation in conjunction with the MFH trial operation, also as part of the overall MFH trial operation, and providing service support and development services. This public contract is awarded using a performance and function requirements approach, specified in Annex No. 3 of this tender documentation. The selected supplier is obliged to respect related activities concerning the construction of the MFH and provide necessary coordination for them.
