Original language: csPředmětem zadávacího řízení s názvem „Zajištění nakládání s komunálními odpady obce Bělá pod Pradědem“ je zajištění níže uvedených služeb ze strany vybraného dodavatele. Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou služby spojené se zajištěním sběru, odvozu a odstranění: - směsného komunálního odpadu (SKO), - biologicky rozložitelného komunálního odpadu (BRKO), - separovaného odpadu (plast, papír a lepenka, sklo) pro obec Bělá pod Pradědem, v souladu s platnými právními předpisy České republiky, zejména v souladu se zákonem č. 541/2020 Sb., zákon o odpadech, ve znění pozdějších předpisů (dále jen „Zákon o odpadech“) z místa k tomu určenému a odběr od občanů v místě k tomu určenému, následný odvoz a předání oprávněné osobě do zařízení k nakládání s odpady.
