Provision of a SIEM tool for the collection and advanced analysis of security events in the ICT environment of MHMP, MPP and Municipal Districts

The subject of the performance of the public contract (hereinafter referred to as the "public contract") is the provision of a SIEM tool for the collection and advanced analysis of security events in the ICT environment of MHMP, MPP and 21 Municipal Districts. The aim is to ensure the renewal of the HW environment and SIEM tool licenses for MHMP and MPP, including expansion for selected Municipal Districts, i.e., the creation of separate, isolated SIEM tenants for selected Municipal Districts. MHMP currently operates 5 significant information systems classified under Act No. 181/2014 Coll., on Cybersecurity, as amended, or Act 264/2025 Coll., on Cybersecurity (after 1.11.2025). In this context, legal requirements are imposed on the operation and security of these systems. The SIEM system and add-on services currently form a key tool for evaluating security events both in the technological infrastructure and at the end-user security level. The subject of performance is therefore: a) ensuring the renewal of licenses for SIEM technologies (QRadar, SOAR, Guardium) in the current scope for MHMP and MPP, b) ensuring the HW collector and SIEM QRadar licenses for 20 Municipal Districts, in the scope of: o 14 pcs at 1,500 eps each, o 6 pcs at 2,500 eps each, c) renewal of operational HW for the complete SIEM technology, d) migration of the existing technology to new HW, e) installation and implementation of the technology in Municipal Districts (21 locations). The public contract ensures manufacturer support / licenses including newly delivered ones for Municipal Districts for 4 years.
