Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zajištění podpory licencí softwarového produktu PingAM (ForgeRock) OpenAM Enterprise Edition v úrovni Subscription for Silver (5×12) na dobu 24 měsíců, a to pro produktové kódy FIP AuthN EXT a FIP AuthN INT. Součástí plnění je zejména nárok na nové verze produktu prostřednictvím portálu výrobce softwaru, přístup k opravám defektů, provozním záplatám a aktualizacím, dále poskytování technické podpory výrobce prostřednictvím portálu výrobce, elektronické pošty a telefonické linky. Předmět zakázky zahrnuje rovněž přednostní zpracování prioritních případů týmem technické podpory výrobce Ping Identity.
