Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je zajištění komplexních služeb odpadového hospodářství pro město Žďár nad Sázavou, s výjimkou zajištění odstranění odpadů energetickým využitím nebo skládkováním. Vybraný dodavatel zajistí zejména: a) zajištění, udržování, čištění, opravy, údržbu, a je-li to nezbytné, vytvoření a obnovu veškerých potřebných personálních, technických či jiných kapacit včetně vozového parku dle podmínek v příloze č. 3 ZD – Návrh smlouvy; b) sběr, svoz, kategorizaci, přepravu, soustřeďování, třídění, úpravu, využívání, přebírání a předávání odpadu do zařízení určeného k dalšímu nakládání s odpady nebo osobám oprávněným k nakládání s odpady a jejich odstraňování v souladu s Návrhem smlouvy; c) nabývání vlastnického práva k odpadu v souladu s Návrhem smlouvy.
