Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky je zajištění služeb technické podpory, servisu a rozvoje služeb souvisejících s provozem IAM infrastruktury pro AOPK ČR pro zajištění a plnění cílů projektu „Rozvoj celostátního ISOP“ realizovaného v rámci Národního programu životní prostředí. Tyto služby zahrnují: - služby servisní podpory prostředí, - služby podpory produktu IdStory, včetně poskytování služeb centrálního autentizačního bodu, zajišťování chodu sytému pro Identity and Access Management a rozvoj obou provozovaných systémů pro správu a přidělování přístupů ke službám ISOP po celou dobu smlouvy, - služby rozvoje s očekávanou disponibilní volnou kapacitou na úpravy a rozvoje systému v rozsahu 240 hodin/rok (dále jen „disponibilní kapacita“). Zadavatel ve vztahu ke službám rozvoje uvedeným pod třetí odrážkou výše uvádí, že uvedený rozsah 240 hodin/rok je předpokládaným odebraným objemem dané služby za rok. Zadavatel si v souladu s § 100 odst. 1 ZZVZ vyhrazuje právo odebrat i nižší rozsah těchto služeb, a to v závislosti na aktuálních potřebách zadavatele, popř. neodebrat v daném roce žádné služby rozvoje. Přesné vymezení předmětu veřejné zakázky a ostatní požadavky a podmínky pro provádění předmětu plnění jsou detailně specifikovány v přílohách této zadávací dokumentace, zejména v příloze č. 3 ZD – Obchodní podmínky – návrh Smlouvy o poskytování služeb a jejích přílohách.
