Předmět této veřejné zakázky je zajištění hotelových, stravovacích a konferenčních služeb pro účastníky základního kola mezinárodní sportovní akce WOMEN’S EHF EURO 2026, v rozsahu vymezeném touto zadávací dokumentací a zejména pak návrhem smlouvy na veřejnou zakázku vč. jejích příloh (příloha č. 4 zadávací dokumentace). Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky, jež původně tvořila část 2 nadlimitní veřejné zakázky s názvem „Zajištění ubytovacích, stravovacích a konferenčních služeb pro WOMEN’S EHF EURO 2026 (základní kolo)“, je poskytnutí hotelových, stravovacích a konferenčních služeb pro účastnické týmy, jejich členy a další akreditované osoby, zahrnující zejména: - ubytovací služby v hotelu odpovídajícím standardu minimálně 4* pro head-off delegation v termínu 9.–11. 9. 2026, - ubytování pro účastnické týmy a další akreditované osoby v termínu 19. 11.–10. 12. 2026, - stravovací služby v rozsahu čtyř jídel denně dle specifikace EHF, - poskytnutí meeting rooms, media rooms a dalšího zázemí dle specifikace návrhu smlouvy na veřejnou zakázku (příloha č. 4 zadávací dokumentace).
