3. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1) dostawa: a) 4 szt. fabrycznie nowych zeroemisyjnych wodorowych autobusów miejskich 12-metrowych klasy MAXI H2 (FCEV – Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle), dostarczonych zgodnie z określoną przez Zamawiającego kompletacją wraz z wyposażeniem elektronicznym i niezbędnymi licencjami; b) 2 sztuk dwustanowiskowych ładowarek do ładowania autobusów FCEV; 2) przeprowadzenie szkoleń wyznaczonych pracowników Zamawiającego z obsługi autobusów i infrastruktury do ładowania; 3) dostarczenie dokumentacji; 4) przekazanie niezbędnych narzędzi (w tym urządzenia diagnostycznego) z niezbędnymi interfejsami i oprogramowaniem wraz z licencjami w ilości i w zakresie pozwalającym na swobodne korzystanie z wszystkich funkcjonalności autobusów FCEV; 5) udzielenie Zamawiającemu wewnętrznej autoryzacji serwisowania i obsługi autobusów FCEV (ASO).
