1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej w rozumieniu ustawy Prawo energetyczne z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. (t.j. Dz.U. z 2026 r. poz. 43, z późn. zm.) dla obiektów Uniwersytetu Ekonomicznego w Katowicach zlokalizowanych w Katowicach oraz w Filii w Rybniku na 2027 rok, zwana dalej sprzedażą energii elektrycznej. Dane dotyczące aktualnego układu zasilania w energię elektryczną stanowi załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. Wykaz punktów poboru energii (PPE) Zamawiającego objętych umową stanowi załącznik nr 4 do SWZ. 2. Zamawiający w Formularzu nr 1a do SWZ (kalkulacja ceny ofertowej) określił prognozowane zużycie energii elektrycznej w okresie trwania umowy dla poszczególnych taryf na podstawie dotychczasowych poborów. 3. Zamawiający przedstawił w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ w formie tabelarycznej niezbędne dane dotyczące aktualnego układu zasilania w energię elektryczną dla poszczególnych punktów poboru. 4. Zamawiający przedstawił w załączniku nr 4 do SWZ dane dotyczące wykazu punktów poboru energii (PPE) zamawiającego objętych umową. 5. Termin obowiązywania umowy: od 01 stycznia 2027 r., lecz nie wcześniej niż z dniem skutecznie przeprowadzonej procedury zmiany sprzedawcy, do 31 grudnia 2027 r. Dzień wejścia Umowy w życie jest dniem rozpoczynającym sprzedaż energii elektrycznej przez Sprzedawcę. 6.
