Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sprzedaż energii elektrycznej w okresie od 1 stycznia 2027 r. do 31 grudnia 2027 r. do Warszawskiej Grupy Zakupowej, składającej się z jednostek organizacyjnych Miasta Stołecznego Warszawy i innych podmiotów, które zawarły z Miastem Porozumienie oraz zakup energii elektrycznej wytworzonej w jednostkach wytwórczych wskazanych przez Zamawiającego i wprowadzonej do sieci elektroenergetycznej OSD.
