Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 roku - Prawo Energetyczne (Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 43 z późn. zm.), zwanym dalej Ustawa PE, czyli ustawa Prawo energetyczne) do obiektów Zamawiającego przez okres 12 miesięcy od daty 01 stycznia 2027 roku. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ- Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ). Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej w okresie: od 1 stycznia 2027 roku do 31 grudnia 2027 roku dla 2 (dwóch) spółek wodociągowych. Szacunkowe zapotrzebowanie energii elektrycznej dla 2 (dwóch) części wynosi:  Zamówienie podstawowe: 11 482 MWh,  Opcja – 10% zamówienia podstawowego. Zamówienie podzielone jest na dwie części: 1) Część I - RWiK Białogard - szacunkowe zapotrzebowanie:  Zamówienie podstawowe 6 495 MWh,  Opcja – 10% zamówienia podstawowego; 2) Część II- PWiK Szczecinek- szacunkowe zapotrzebowanie:  Zamówienie podstawowe 4 987 MWh,  Opcja – 10% zamówienia podstawowego.
