Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje świadczenie usługi kompleksowej w rozumieniu art. 3 pkt 30 oraz art. 5 ust. 3 ustawy – Prawo energetyczne, obejmującej sprzedaż energii elektrycznej oraz zapewnienie świadczenia usług dystrybucji energii elektrycznej dla punktów poboru energii Zamawiających i ich jednostek organizacyjnych o łącznym szacunkowym wolumenie wskazanym w OPZ w okresie dostaw, tj. od dnia 01.01.2027 roku do dnia 31.12.2028 roku. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zapewnić dokonywanie rozliczeń energii elektrycznej wytworzonej i wprowadzonej do sieci zgodnie z właściwymi przepisami ustawy o odnawialnych źródłach energii, z zachowaniem przysługującego systemu rozliczeń net metering, t.j. – ilość energii dostarczona do sieci będzie rozliczana ilościowo w stosunkach określonych w Ustawie OZE w art. 4 ust. 1 pkt 1) lub 2) oraz w art. 4 ust. 1a pkt 1) lit a) lub b) w zależności od mocy zainstalowanej energii elektrycznej. Zgodnie z art. 4 ust. 4 pkt 2) Wykonawca będzie ponosił koszty opłat dystrybucyjnych w zakresie różnicy ilości energii pobranej z sieci i wprowadzonej do sieci.
