U zahtjevu OZEK0010 Tehničke specifikacije definirano je zašto se za ethernet telekomunikacijske kapacitete traži jedinstveno rješenje što onemogućuje dodatno dijeljenje usluga zakupa ethernet telekomunikacijskih kapaciteta na grupe.
