Purchase and delivery of specialized forensic software for the needs of Police units in the Mazovian garrison - in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) - part I.

1. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in: 1) Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) 2) Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Draft Contract Terms 3) Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – Price-Assortment Form, which is an integral part of the Offer Form. The Ordering Party plans to purchase four types of software in accordance with the OPZ - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party allows for the submission of equivalent offers in accordance with the description of the subject of the order (OPZ) contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, the price-assortment form – Annex No. 3 to the SWZ in column No. 2: 'Assortment' – where the scope of minimum parameters is defined, based on which the Ordering Party will assess whether the product is equivalent. In the case of submitting an equivalent offer, the contractor must submit with the offer the evidentiary materials confirming that the offered supplies meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in the order documents, i.e.: 1) specification of the offered software prepared by the manufacturer or; 2) printout(s) from the manufacturer's website or; 3) manufacturer's product catalog sheets. 2. If the contractor does not submit the evidentiary materials with the offer, or if the submitted evidentiary materials are incomplete, the Ordering Party will request the contractor to submit or supplement them within the specified period. 3. The Ordering Party allows for the submission of evidentiary materials in English without translation into Polish. 4. The evidentiary materials and other documents or declarations referred to in the regulation shall be submitted by the contractor in electronic form, in electronic form signed with a qualified electronic signature, in written form or in document form, to the extent and in the manner specified in the regulations issued pursuant to Art. 70 of the Act. 5. 5.1. If the evidentiary materials were issued by entities authorized other than the contractor, the contractor jointly applying for the order, the entity making resources available or the subcontractor, hereinafter referred to as 'authorized entities', this document shall be transmitted as an electronic document. 5.2. If the evidentiary materials were issued by authorized entities as a paper document, a digital representation of this document signed with a qualified electronic signature, confirming the compliance of the digital representation with the paper document, shall be transmitted. 5.3. Confirmation of the compliance of the digital representation with the paper document shall be made by the contractor or the contractor jointly applying for the order, respectively, for evidentiary materials. 5.4. Confirmation of the compliance of the digital representation of the evidentiary material with the paper document may also be made by a notary. A digital representation shall mean an electronic document which is an electronic copy of the content recorded in paper form, allowing the content to be read and understood without the need for direct access to the original. 6. 6.1. Evidentiary materials not issued by authorized entities shall be transmitted in electronic form and signed with a qualified electronic signature. 6.2. If the evidentiary materials, not issued by authorized entities, were prepared as a paper document and signed by hand, a digital representation of this document signed with a qualified electronic signature, confirming the compliance of the digital representation with the paper document, shall be transmitted. 6.3. Confirmation of the compliance of the digital representation with the paper document of the evidentiary material shall be made by the contractor or the contractor jointly applying for the order, respectively. 6.4. Confirmation of the compliance of the digital representation of the evidentiary material with the paper document may also be made by a notary. 7...
