If the evidentiary materials were issued by entities authorized other than the contractor, the contractor jointly applying for the order, the entity making resources available or the subcontractor, hereinafter referred to as 'authorized entities', this document shall be transmitted as an electronic document. 5.2. If the evidentiary materials were issued by authorized entities as a paper document, a digital representation of this document signed with a qualified electronic signature, confirming the compliance of the digital representation with the paper document, shall be transmitted. 5.3.
