Purchase and delivery of medical equipment (Part II Magnetic Resonance Imaging for cardiac examinations) within the project entitled "Equipping the cardiology department with a laboratory and cardiac rehabilitation to improve the quality of patient treatment at the Stefan Cardinal Wyszyński Provincial Specialist Hospital, Independent Public Healthcare Institution in Lublin. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to conduct a site visit of the area where the investment is planned and parts of the buildings that will be connected to the investment in order to familiarize themselves with the condition of the area and the aforementioned buildings, potential difficulties and organizational-logistical conditions. The site visit will take place on two dates, i.e.: March 18, 2026 and March 23, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Interested Contractors are asked to report on the chosen date to room no. 103 in block H of the hospital. Confirmation of the site visit will be confirmation of attendance on the list provided by the Contracting Authority on the day it takes place. In accordance with art. 131 sec. 2 item 1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the submission of an offer after the Contractor has conducted a site visit. The Contracting Authority informs that it will reject the Contractor's offer based on art. 226 sec. 1 item 18 of the Public Procurement Law, if it submits an offer without conducting a site visit.
