Confirmation of the site visit will be confirmation of attendance on the list provided by the Contracting Authority on the day it takes place. In accordance with art. 131 sec. 2 item 1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the submission of an offer after the Contractor has conducted a site visit. The Contracting Authority informs that it will reject the Contractor's offer based on art. 226 sec. 1 item 18 of the Public Procurement Law, if it submits an offer without conducting a site visit.
