Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w (OPZ) załączniku nr 2 do SWZ. 3. Ponadto Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w umowie - projekt 4. Wszystkie elementy wyposażenia, pomoce dydaktyczne, sprzęty i urządzenia IT zakupione oraz montowane w ramach przedmiotowego zamówienia muszą być fabrycznie nowe – nieeksploatowane, nieużywane, niemodyfikowane, sprawne technicznie, oryginalnie zapakowane przez producenta, nie wycofane z produkcji, wolne od wad prawnych i fizycznych, kompletne. 5.
