Purchase and implementation of network infrastructure with software and cybersecurity training for the Independent Public Healthcare Facility in Puławy.

1. The subject of the order is the purchase and implementation of network infrastructure with software and cybersecurity training for the Independent Public Healthcare Facility in Puławy, which includes the following components: 1) Purchase and implementation of network infrastructure and software to enhance hospital cybersecurity. 2) Purchase and implementation of server infrastructure, storage, and hospital backup systems. 3) Purchase of computer equipment for end-users based on modern security and performance technologies. 4) Implementation of an artificial intelligence-based solution for monitoring patient status in hospital wards. 5) Training. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including individual components, is in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference (SWZ). 3. The descriptions of individual components referred to in paragraph 1 define the quality requirements relating to all elements constituting the subject of the order, in accordance with Art. 246 sec. 2 of the Pzp Act. 4. In cases where norms, trademarks, patents, origin, source, or a specific process characterizing specific products or services are indicated in the detailed description of the subject of the order, it means that the Contracting Authority could not describe the subject of the order using sufficiently precise terms, and this is justified by the specificity of the subject of the order. In such situations, any indications of norms, trademarks, patents, origin, source, or specific processes should be read with the words "or equivalent". 5. Therefore, it is permissible to propose equivalent alternatives in the offer with no worse properties, guaranteeing achievement of parameters no lower than those required by the Contracting Authority. The parameters of the indicated standard define the minimum technical, operational, usability, quality, and functional conditions that the subject of the order and the materials, equipment, systems, technologies, etc. used to perform the subject of the order must meet. Indicated trademarks, patents, brands, or manufacturer names indicating origin define only the quality, standard, and parameters of the product, methods, materials, equipment, systems, technologies, etc. In the offer, the Contractor may adopt methods, materials, equipment, systems, technologies, etc. of other brands and manufacturers, but with technical, quality, and usability, and functional properties corresponding to the methods, materials, equipment, systems, technologies, etc. described in the SWZ. Additionally, the Contracting Authority emphasizes that equivalent methods, materials, equipment, systems, technologies, etc. cannot be substitutes for the methods, materials, equipment, systems, technologies, etc. described in the description of the subject of the order, but must guarantee the fulfillment of the requirements defined therein by the Contracting Authority. 6. All devices mentioned in Annex 2 of the SWZ must be new, non-demonstration, non-exhibition items. Year of manufacture no older than 2025. 7. For each device referred to in paragraph 5, the contractor must provide the device's operating manual in Polish.
