Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa w formie leasingu operacyjnego fabrycznie nowego samochodu ciężarowego dwufunkcyjnego typu WUKO (samochodu specjalnego do czyszczenia kanalizacji) wraz z dostawą fabrycznie nowej zabudowy asenizacyjnej, a także niezintegrowanej, przenośnej wytwornicy dymu (zadymiarki) z kompletem akcesoriów. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia musi być fabrycznie nowy, wolny od wad fizycznych i prawnych. Rok produkcji podwozia ora zabudowy minimum: 2026. a. Pojazd musi spełniać wymagania polskich przepisów o ruchu drogowym i być dopuszczony do ruchu zgodnie z ustawą Prawo o ruchu drogowym. b. Pojazd musi spełniać wymogi Rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury w sprawie wymagań dla pojazdów asenizacyjnych. c. Zabudowa i urządzenia muszą posiadać znak CE oraz deklaracje zgodności z obowiązującymi normami. d. Wszystkie dokumenty (instrukcje obsługi, książki gwarancyjne i serwisowe, komputery pokładowe) muszą być dostarczone w języku polskim. 3.
