Purchase of new devices and subscriptions with support for protecting web interfaces

1. The subject of the order is the sale by the Contractor to the Agricultural Property Agency, hereinafter referred to as the "Ordering Party", and the delivery, installation, configuration, and commissioning of IT Equipment in the quantity of 2 units, along with Software, in accordance with the specification and ensuring the functionalities referred to in Annex No. 1 to the draft contract provisions, which constitute Annex No. 9 to the SWZ (hereinafter: "p.p.u."). 2. As part of the execution of the subject of the order, the Contractor shall: 2.1. Provide the Ordering Party with warranty service for the IT Equipment and Software for a period of 36 months from the date of unconditional acceptance of the Implementation Protocol by the Ordering Party, including providing manufacturer support (service care) by issuing an appropriate document to the Ordering Party, confirming the right to access manufacturer support in the aforementioned period, in accordance with the manufacturer's general terms and conditions. 2.2. Provide the Ordering Party with Support Services for a period not exceeding 36 months from the date of unconditional acceptance of the Implementation Protocol by the Ordering Party, in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, including transferring to the Ordering Party the copyrights to the results of activities performed by the Contractor within the scope of Support Services. Within the scope of Support Services, the Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with up to 150 hours of technical consultations regarding problems with the IT Equipment or Software. Consultations will include analyses, audits, recommendations, and ongoing administrative work, as well as all types of reconfiguration and optimization work for the IT Equipment or Software, as well as assistance with technical work carried out by the Ordering Party in the CPD/ROPD. Consultations will be provided in Polish, electronically via e-mail or a messenger indicated by the Ordering Party (e.g., MS Teams), by phone, or at the Ordering Party's premises. 3. The Ordering Party requires that the execution of the subject of the order takes place under the conditions and principles specified in the p.p.u. along with its annexes, which constitute Annex No. 9 to the SWZ.
