Purchase of software for monitoring applications and infrastructure of the PUE/eZUS Portal, including support

I. The subject of the order is: 1. delivery of a 48-month subscription for Software for monitoring applications and infrastructure of the PUE/eZUS Portal (hereinafter: Software) in accordance with the requirements specified in Chapter II of Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, 2. implementation of the delivered Software on all infrastructure elements indicated by ZUS – indicated in Table 1 - in accordance with the requirements specified in Chapter III of Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, 3. provision of Software maintenance service in accordance with the requirements specified in Chapter IV of Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, 4. conducting workshops for administrators for up to 240 working hours in accordance with the requirements specified in Chapter V of Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party guarantees to commission workshops for a minimum of 160 working hours. II. Order execution deadline: 1. delivery and implementation of the Software will take place within 120 days from the date of the Agreement, but not earlier than 01.01.2026, with the reservation that: 1.1. the technical project and schedule project will be submitted for acceptance by the Ordering Party within 15 days from the date of the Agreement; 1.2. the documents referred to in point 1.1. will be subject to approval by the Ordering Party within 30 days from the date of the Agreement; 2. conducting workshops for administrators will take place by the end of the Agreement's validity period; 3. subscriptions for the Software (use of the Software) - 48 months from the start of implementation works in accordance with the presented schedule referred to in point 1.1.; 4. provision of Software maintenance service – from the date indicated in the Acceptance Protocol of the implementation of the delivered Software signed by the Parties until the end of the Agreement's validity period (Annex No. 9 to the PPU).
