Przedmiotem zamówienia są zadania polegające na: a) dostawie 2 Sztuk Sprzętu Typu A wraz z instalacją Sprzętu, a także dostawą licencji niezbędnych do wykonania wdrożenia Sprzętu, zgodnie z wymaganiami zawartymi w Tomie III SWZ (OPZ), b) wdrożeniu polegającym na konfiguracji dostarczonego Sprzętu, zgodnie z wymaganiami opisanymi w Tomie II SWZ (PPU) i OPZ, c) udzieleniu gwarancji (producenta lub autoryzowanego serwisu producenta) obejmującej naprawę wszystkich wykrytych podczas eksploatacji Sprzętu nieprawidłowości, usterek i wad oraz uszkodzeń dla dostarczonego Sprzętu w ramach Umowy na zasadach określonych w OPZ, d) wykonaniu i dostarczeniu dokumentacji powykonawczej, zgodnie z wymaganiami opisanymi w OPZ, e) dostawie 10 sztuk voucherów na egzamin „NetApp-for-all Technology Solutions” oraz 10 sztuk voucherów na egzamin „ONTAP Data Administration ONTAP”.
