Dostarczone w ramach niniejszego postępowania pomoce dydaktyczne muszą spełniać wymagania obowiązujących przepisów. 3. Pomoce powinny posiadać niezbędne świadectwa jakości, certyfikaty, deklaracje zgodności, atesty bezpieczeństwa oraz dokumenty dopuszczające do obrotu na polskim rynku – jeśli dotyczy. Na żądanie Zamawiającego Wykonawca winien okazać się niniejszymi dokumentami. 4. Szczegółowy opis zawarty jest w załączniku nr 1 do swz (formularz techniczno-cenowy).
