Purchase of a medium rescue and fire-fighting vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Department in Podłęże 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a medium rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with 4x4 drive, including equipment, in accordance with the requirements of Annex No. 8 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Order – Minimum Technical and Operational Requirements. 2. The subject of the order must meet the following requirements: a) correspond to all characteristics specified in the terms of reference. b) be new and comply with applicable standards. c) have equipment and complete technical and operational documentation. 3. The contracting authority requires the contractor to submit, along with the offer, a technical description of the offered vehicle, signed with a qualified electronic signature, in accordance with the content of Annex No. 8 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Order. 4. The vehicle must have, no later than the date of technical-quality acceptance, a valid certificate of approval for use in fire protection in Poland, issued on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of June 20, 2007, on the list of products used to ensure public safety or the protection of health, life and property, as well as the rules for issuing approval for the use of these products (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 143, item 1002, as amended).
