1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup średniego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego z napędem 4x4 dla jednostki OSP w Płudach 2. Zakres rzeczowy przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje w szczególności: 1) dostawę fabrycznie nowego średniego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego z napędem 4x4 zwanego dalej „pojazdem”, 2) dostarczenie niezbędnego opisu technicznego (w języku polskim), 3) dostarczenie wraz z zamówieniem wymaganej do obsługi instrukcji w języku polskim oraz kompletu dokumentów niezbędnych do rejestracji pojazdu, 4) przeszkolenie osób wskazanych przez Zamawiającego w zakresie obsługi pojazdu i wyposażenia będącego przedmiotem umowy. Koszty wszelkich materiałów niezbędnych do przeprowadzenia szkolenia ponosi Wykonawca. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, w tym wykaz minimalnych wymaganych parametrów techniczno-użytkowych fabrycznie nowego średniego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego z napędem 4x4 został opisany w Załączniku Nr 1 do SWZ.
