Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup systemu planowania i prowadzenia zabiegów chirurgicznych w obszarze głowy i kręgosłupa z funkcją neuronawigacji i obrazowania śródoperacyjnego dla Specjalistycznego Szpitala Miejskiego im. M. Kopernika w Toruniu. Zamawiający przewiduje unieważnienie postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia, jeżeli środki publiczne, które zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane. 1.2. Dokładny opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ, który stanowi również formularz asortymentowo-cenowy. Oferowane produkty lecznicze muszą posiadać pozwolenie na dopuszczenie do obrotu na terytorium Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej lub pozwolenie wydane przez Radę lub Komisję Europejską.
