Purchase of Software warranty service and provision of maintenance services for the SIEM system owned by the Contracting Authority

1. The subject of the order is: a) purchase of warranty service for licenses of the SIEM system owned by the Contracting Authority (production environment and non-production environment); b) implementation of operating system migration for SIEM environment components; c) implementation of maintenance services for the Contracting Authority's environment; d) provision of expert support services during the term of the Agreement; e) expansion of licenses for the owned environment (under the Option Right); f) delivery of a system for monitoring, analyzing, and visualizing the status and operation of IT systems (under the Option Right); g) conducting workshops for the Contracting Authority's administrator team (under the Option Right); h) provision of expert patron services (under the Option Right); i) development of additional documentation (under the Option Right). 2. The scope of the subject of the order is defined by the draft contract – Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the Detailed description of the subject of the order – Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. In order to confirm that the offered deliveries meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority, the Contracting Authority requests the submission of a completed and signed technical specification, which is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (Detailed description of the subject of the order), along with the offer as a subject-specific means of proof. In accordance with Art. 107 sec. 2 of the Pzp Act, if the Contractor does not submit the subject-specific means of proof with the offer or if the submitted subject-specific means of proof is incomplete, the Contracting Authority does not intend to request its submission or supplementation.
