Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup jednorocznego pełnego ubezpieczenia OC, AC pojazdów i ich wyposażenia dodatkowego w ruchu i postoju (również od kradzieży) bez udziału własnego i franszyzy zarówno kwotowej, procentowej, jak i kilometrowej, ze zniesioną amortyzacją, NNW (kierowcy i pasażerów) - wartość (suma) ubezpieczenia dla kierowcy i poszczególnych pasażerów każdego z pojazdów wynosi 20 000,00 zł (dwadzieścia tysięcy złotych 00/100) i Assistance w zakresie pełnym (obejmujące pomoc nie tylko wynikającą z kolizji drogowej), dla 703 pojazdów służbowych eksploatowanych w Agencji Restrukturyzacji i Modernizacji Rolnictwa (zwaną dalej „Zamawiającym”), w tym dla 694 samochodów oraz 9 przyczepek samochodowych lekkich. 2. Wykaz pojazdów Agencji Restrukturyzacji i Modernizacji Rolnictwa do ubezpieczenia, wg podziału na Centralę i Oddziały Regionalne, stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do Formularza Ofertowego, stanowiącego Załącznik nr 1 do specyfikacji warunków zamówienia (dalej „SWZ”) 3. Wszystkie samochody posiadają fabrycznie zamontowane auto-alarmy i immobilisery. 4.Wszystkie pojazdy są garażowane w garażach zamkniętych lub na parkingach strzeżonych. 5. Zamawiający wymaga, aby wykonanie przedmiotu zamówienia nastąpiło na warunkach i zasadach szczegółowo określonych w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy stanowiących Załącznik nr 8 do SWZ.
