Purchase and delivery of computing and data storage servers for the expansion of the computing cluster of the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of UAM. The subject of the order is described in Annex A to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the order. Grounds for exclusion: - Participation in a criminal organization: concerns art. 108 sec. 1 items 1 and 2 of the Pzp Act - Corruption: concerns art. 108 sec. 1 items 1 and 2 of the Pzp Act - Abuse: concerns art. 108 sec. 1 items 1 and 2 of the Pzp Act - Terrorist offenses or offenses related to terrorist activities: concerns art. 108 sec. 1 items 1 and 2 of the Pzp Act. - Money laundering or terrorist financing: concerns art. 108 sec. 1 items 1 and 2 of the Pzp Act - Child labor and other forms of human trafficking: concerns art. 108 sec. 1 items 1 and 2 of the Pzp Act. - Payment of taxes: concerns art. 108 sec. 1 item 3 of the Pzp Act. - Payment of social security contributions: concerns art. 108 sec. 1 item 3 of the Pzp Act. - Grounds for exclusion of an exclusively national nature: Concerns art. 108 sec. 1 items 1 and 4 and sec. 2 of the Pzp Act. It also concerns art. 7 sec. 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions in the field of counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and serving national security protection and art. 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of July 31, 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (OJ L 229 of 31.7.2014), as amended by Council Regulation (EU) 2025/2033 of October 23, 2025 amending Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (OJ L 111 of 8.4.2022) - Agreements with other contractors aimed at disrupting competition: concerns art. 108 sec. 1 item 5 of the Pzp Act. - Direct or indirect involvement in the preparation of the present procurement procedure: concerns art. 108 sec. 1 item 6 of the Pzp Act. The Contracting Authority does not intend to award contracts referred to in art. 214 sec. 1 items 7 and 8 of the Pzp Act. Documents drawn up in a foreign language shall be submitted together with a translation into Polish, subject to: pursuant to art. 20 sec. 3 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority allows the possibility of submitting the Technical Description (Chapter 9, item 9.1.3.) in English by the Contractor. Documents drawn up in a foreign language other than English shall be submitted together with a translation into Polish. The order must be completed within 60 days from the date of conclusion of the contract and receipt by the Contractor of confirmation from the competent supervisory authority of the Contracting Authority in accordance with art. 83 sec. 14 item 1 in conjunction with art. 83 sec. 1 item 26 letter a) of the Act of March 11, 2004 on tax on goods and services (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 361, as amended) or receipt of information that it is not possible to issue such confirmation by the competent supervisory authority of the Contracting Authority (completion time is a criterion for evaluating offers).
