Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1) część A: wykonanie robót budowlanych polegających na przesunięciu istniejących linii zabudowy nabrzeży: Remontowego, Czołowego, Zachodniego o łącznej długości ok. 168 m w głąb akwenu Basenu II o maksymalnie ok. 180 m i zalądowieniu części Basenu II o powierzchni ok. 3 ha wraz z przebudową niezbędnej infrastruktury podziemnej i nadziemnej, w ramach zadania „Zalądowienia Basenu II, etap I (Nabrzeże Remontowe) w Gdyni” na terenie działek ewidencyjnych nr: 2960, 3059/4, 3059/5,3069, 3070, 3071, 3072, 3073, 3074, 3075, 3076, 3077, 3078 obręb 0026, jedn. ewid.: 226201_1 Gdynia, w granicach portu morskiego wraz z uzyskaniem decyzji o pozwoleniu na użytkowanie (jeżeli będzie wymagana), zgodnie z zapisami decyzji Nr 151/2025/JS z dnia 22 grudnia 2025 r. (WI-II.7840.1.73.2025.JS) wydanej przez Wojewodę Pomorskiego zatwierdzającej projekt zagospodarowania terenu i projekt architektoniczno-budowlany i udzielającej pozwolenia na budowę lub w przypadku uzyskania decyzji o zmianie pozwolenia na budowę, zgodnie z postanowieniami tej decyzji; 2) część B: opracowanie na podstawie Programu Funkcjonalno-Użytkowego (PFU) stanowiącego załącznik nr 24 do SWZ dokumentacji projektowej i budowa na jej podstawie układu drogowego obejmującego m.in. skrzyżowanie o ruchu okrężnym na terenie zalądowionym Basenu II w zakresie branży drogowej wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą, stanowiącego kontynuację zadania pod nazwą: „Zalądowienie Basenu II, etap I (Nabrzeże Remontowe) w Gdyni” oraz pełnienie nadzoru autorskiego nad realizacją robót zgodnie z opracowaną dokumentacją projektową, a także uzyskanie decyzji o pozwoleniu na użytkowanie w zakresie objętym postanowieniami zamiennej decyzji o pozwoleniu na budowę, jeśli pozwolenie na użytkowanie będzie wymagane.
