Przedmiotem zamówienia podstawowego jest zaplanowanie i realizacja kampanii Ministerstwa Finansów poprzez realizację Działań objętych Formularzem cenowym (kosztorys) Załącznik A1 do Formularza Ofertowego – Formularz Cenowy (kosztorys) /Załącznik nr 1 do Projektowanych Postanowień Umowy oraz opisanych w OPZ stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do Projektowanych Postanowień Umowy. 1.1. w ramach prawa opcji: 1.1.1. opcja będzie polegać na wydłużeniu zobowiązania umownego, wskazanego w pkt. 2.1 SWZ oraz w § 1 Projektowanych Postanowień Umowy (PPU). Szczegółowe informacje na temat prawa opcji zawarte są w § 11 PPU. 1.1.2. Nieskorzystanie przez Zamawiającego z uprawnień do prawa opcji nie rodzi żadnych roszczeń po stronie Wykonawcy. 2.
