Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zaprojektowanie i budowa drogi ekspresowej S11 na odcinku od km ok. 19+430 (granica działek 184 i 185 powiat: chodzieski, gmina: Budzyń, obręb Wyszyny) do km ok. 42+300 dowiązanie do przekroju dwujezdniowego realizowanego odcinka drogi S11 Oborniki – węzeł Poznań Północ wraz z obwodnicą Obornik. Początek przedmiotowego odcinka stanowi dowiązanie się do przekroju dwujezdniowego projektowanej drogi S11 na odcinku I Ujście – węzeł Budzyń (z węzłem). Koniec przedmiotowego odcinka należy dowiązać do realizowanego odcinka Oborniki - Poznań wraz z obwodnicą Obornik. Projektowana droga S11 Piła – Poznań na odcinku Ujście - Oborniki stanowi fragment drogi S11 Kołobrzeg – Poznań. Długość projektowanego odcinka wynosi 22,871 km. Inwestycja zlokalizowana jest w północnej części województwa wielkopolskiego na terenie powiatów chodzieskiego i obornickiego w granicach administracyjnych gmin: Budzyń, Rogoźno oraz Ryczywół.
