Design and execution of works: Section C – construction works on railway line No. 201, section Gdańsk Osowa – Gdynia Główna, within the project “Works on the Kościerzyna – Gdynia section”

The subject of the Order is the execution of the following elements: design and execution of works: Section C – construction works on railway line No. 201, section Gdańsk Osowa – Gdynia Główna, within the project “Works on the Kościerzyna – Gdynia section”. The task: Section C – construction works on railway line No. 201, section Gdańsk Osowa – Gdynia Główna, within the project “Works on the Kościerzyna – Gdynia section”, will be carried out in the “Optimize and Build” system and for task A (“design and build” for signalling and telecommunications; “Design and Build” for tasks B and C); The entire subject of the Order includes the execution of works for the double-track railway line No. 201 on the section from km 191+731 (191+629 designed) to km 205+200 and the double-track railway line No. 202 on the section from km 16+900 to km 21+500, which includes the reconstruction of railway lines No. 201 with the construction of a third track (railway line No. 794) and No. 202 for the track sector (including subgrade and foundation reinforcement), road, railway traffic control, traction, power supply, telecommunications, engineering structures, buildings, platforms, sanitary, environmental protection, tree felling, demolition of buildings, non-traction power lines, hydrology, phasing, traffic organization, etc. The Order consists of the following scope, constituting the basic scope of the order and including the execution of: 1) design documentation necessary for the correct execution of all construction works and obtaining all required opinions, approvals, permits, conditions, decisions and permits necessary for the implementation of the subject of the order, as well as updating opinions, approvals, permits, conditions, decisions and permits already obtained for the subject investment, obtaining agreements by the Contractor with SKM Trójmiasto regarding the possible implementation of the investment; 2) all construction works in accordance with the scope of the order based on the design documentation developed by the Contractor and approved by the Ordering Party, referred to in point 1 above, as well as all preparatory works necessary for the execution of the scope of the Agreement and the performance of all legally required activities; 3) carrying out the conformity assessment of each structural subsystem covered by the scope of the order at each stage (design, construction, and final subsystem testing). Furthermore, the Ordering Party has also foreseen optional orders: 1) Option 1: Update of the ETCS Level 2 system; 2) Option 2: Passenger stop with the working name Gdynia Źródło Marii – to be carried out in the design and build formula based on the concept of the Gdynia Wielki Kack station provided by the Ordering Party; 3) Option 3: Passenger stop with the working name Gdynia Mały Kack – to be carried out in the design and build formula based on the provided DZ (in the area of land reserve); 4) Option 4: Interface option. The order includes the design and execution of the track scope (including subgrade and foundation reinforcement), road, railway traffic control, engineering, traction, power supply, telecommunications, building, platform, sanitary, environmental protection, tree felling, demolition of buildings, non-traction power lines, hydrological, phasing, and traffic organization within the Infrastructure, Control, and Energy subsystems.
