1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zaprojektowanie i wykonanie zadania: „Rozbudowa kontroli dostępu, telewizyjnego systemu nadzoru oraz elektronicznego przechowywania kluczy w Akademickim Centrum Sportu” zgodnie z wymaganiami określonymi w SWZ. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia opisują: 1) Program funkcjonalno-użytkowy (PFU) – załącznik nr 2 do SWZ; 2) Projektowane postanowienia umowy – załącznik nr 11 do SWZ. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia musi spełniać wymagania techniczne funkcjonalne i użytkowe takie same lub wyższe niż opisane w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ, Wykonawca nie może zaoferować asortymentów o gorszych parametrach technicznych, jakościowych, funkcjonalnych oraz użytkowych w odniesieniu do wymagań określonych przez Zamawiającego w PFU. 4. Zamawiający na podstawie przepisu art. 95 ust. 2 ustawy Pzp wymaga, aby Wykonawca lub podwykonawca zatrudnił na podstawie stosunku pracy osoby wykonujące prace fizyczne, pomocnicze i operatorów sprzętu. Regulacje w zakresie zatrudnienia na umowę o pracę zostały zawarte w §25 projektowanych postanowień umowy – załącznik nr 11 do SWZ.
